HANDOUTS ($10 per attendee)

Hand outs for up to 20 attendees which includes:

RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR GROUP:

Information/handouts on local resources (per attendee, if desired)
Space for presentation (a flip chart is great but not essential), seating for 20, area for registration
Refreshments, if desired – i.e. coffee, tea, timbits
Telephone registration and confirmation (please ask for email addresses, if applicable)
If desired, you can arrange for local vendors can be on hand for displays during breaks
Handouts per attendee $10.00 each

$100 deposit refundable up to 7 days before presentation
Promotion of workshop
Set up time of 1 hour
Booking two weeks in advance
Mileage: $.32 per kilometer from BBB Autism location North of Toronto
Telephone liaison between myself and your group's representative to confirm times, attendance and admittance to building/presentation space, etc.

AT EXTRA COST:

Promotional brochures customized for mailers $.50 per brochure printed and delivered to you well in advance.

ONLY PERSONAL CHEQUES AND CASH ACCEPTED FROM ATTENDEES. RECEIPTS WILL BE ISSUED!

* 2 evening presentations – could also be done during the day on two weekdays (for example: a Monday/Tuesday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm)

** Full day: please set aside 8 hours to include lunch and two breaks

*** If outside of the Greater Toronto Area, your presentation will be customized to include local resources. Please provide a list of those you would like included.

NOTE: If you would like me to customize the basic presentation in any way (i.e. directed to higher functioning children, more about the 1^st year of school, siblings etc), we can discuss this! I reserve the right to add an extra charge (dependent on the amount of research and extra photocopying for handouts etc), plus I may need extra lead-time.
